The governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead on Inclusion. You will need to demonstrate the necessary leadership experience and/or the skills to support staff and curriculum development. Applicants will also need to demonstrate that they have good communication skills, are positive, flexible in attitude and approach, as well as being able to use their own initiative.
You will demonstrate that you are an outstanding classroom practitioner who can motivate pupils and colleagues, who is passionate about children and their learning and are committed to working in partnership with all stakeholders. We can offer:
